Writing, or journalling, is a really good way to help us deal with our feelings, especially in difficult times, but sometimes it’s hard to get started, or to know what to write about. I have created a list of prompts to help you get started, or to overcome writers block.

Try free writing, doodling, finding a poem or piece of writing about the subject and copying, try word association or acrostic poetry to get started… There is no right or wrong, just give it a try…
