Do you ever want just want to write?

You just get that urge to see your ink make curves and lines on crisp paper, to make coherent, pretty, words, but nothing happens?

Writers block can be so very frustrating, and usually the best way to get over it is to just write something… build words to get over the block and then… of you go! Well, thats the theory anyway.

Or maybe you are just starting out on your writing journey and you need a little extra inspiration?

Perhaps you are shifting from non-fiction to prose or poetry and you want a few ideas to get you started?

Here is a quick list of creative writing prompts you can use to inspire your writing… they are non-prescriptive, fluid and open. You can use them however you wish.
