Trevor is a self taught amateur photographer who lives in Leeds. His work ranges from candid portraits, street photography, landscapes & macro images. When he is not out exploring with his camera on foot, he rides his Brompton folding bicycle up and down the Yorkshire hills.
A childs eye view of the world is full of hope and wonder. Every day is an adventure that is full of opportunity. I wanted to really bring out the brightness of my niece’s eyes in this photograph. It felt like a powerful image that reminded me that we as adults have the most important responsibility, to keep children’s hopes and dreams alive, to encourage them and protect them and to leave them a safer, happier world.
